The Sixties were formative for my entire artistic life, including my time as a member of the Manfred Mann Band. Numerous hits within just a few years, and catchy tunes such as “Mighty Quinn”, “Do Wah Diddy Diddy”, “Just like a Woman” or “Fox on the Run” still have a regular place on many radio stations today. A new successful compilation is now available. It was already released at the end of September 23. In addition to many songs, there are funny and very informative liner notes from Manfred, Tom and Mike. We decided to use an illustration as the cover artwork, which I had already made for a Manfred Mann sheet music 1968. The motif has been around for years as an art print in my shop.
