The new section COLLECTOR’S ITEMS is divided into 3 subsections:

Unique limited editions of silkscreen prints (SI) and etchings (RA) as well as originals (OR) are presented.

Each item is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity handsigned by Klaus Voormann.

1978

“In December 1978 my then partner Cynthia organized the
exhibition »The Art Garden« with one of her close female friends.
Paintings of mine as well as plants were showcased, and a venue
in Venice Beach, LA, was chosen as the gallery. I screen printed
the art print, limited edition of 100. Face, body and hair formed
one layer, while the stars formed another.”

2011

“The original illustration was made by me 1980 a few days after John’s
death. The cover was commissioned by the US magazine “BANANA”,
which focuses on contemporary Asian culture.”

2021

“1968 I drew this motif in my apartment in London Hampstead. It was
then the template for Christmas cards for my family and closest
friends.”

2022

This Illustration was based on The Beatles REVOLVER album cover 1966. This here version was created 2016 by Klaus Voormann for his book > birth of an icon REVOLVER 50 <. The core of the book is a graphic novel which explains the making of his iconic cover artwork.
